Refunds
Under no circumstance shall a refund be requested, a dispute be opened, or a chargeback be claimed for payments related to any donation, any on-going order within the time frame mentioned on the product page, or any completed order. Upon receiving a return for an unopened, physically shipped order, a refund excluding any transaction and shipping costs made by Anna (firmflexing) will be initiated and sent to the used payment method.
